Live Final Head Judge

Sarah Blackmilk is a UK based slinkster, instructor, performer, judge, and mesmerising movement enthusiast. She has been dancing for 7 years, and is known for her fluid sultry style, sexy flexy floor shapes, and her ability to effectively translate and troubleshoot technique for all students and levels of experience. She continues to develop and showcase her unique style of movement through guest performances, competitions, and across social media. Sarah teaches her creative and seductive flow and floor shapes around the UK, internationally and online, in workshops, and as a guest instructor. Sarah had no previous dance, gymnastics, or aerial experience prior to discovering pole dance, but found that her background in Engineering gave the perfect foundation for understanding movement initiation, balance points, opposing forces, weight distribution and transfer, and the many technical aspects that make the incredible things we can do with our bodies, possible. Sarah is a firm believer in committing to every movement; that it’s not just what you do, but the way that you do it, and aims to share her passion for musicality, both as an instructor, and a performer. She gives her all in her masterclasses, aiming to bring a balance of achievable yet challenging content for each participant, focussing on translating technique into any format a student may need, to fully understand how to safely and confidently navigate the floor and apparatus with their bodies. Sarah initially found her way into pole dancing by trying some pop-up beginner classes, then as a student with Studio 22, after being inspired by Lucy Cork dancing in the Nero – Guilt music video. She discovered her love of the stage via the UK competition scene, winning Pole Theatre and Dance Filthy, spent time at workshops, pole camps, and training events, meeting polers of all styles from all over the world, and developing her unique Romance The Floor style.

Crissy

Crissy is currently the In the Spotlight ClassiqueExperienced and Overall Competition Winner 2022. Crissy has been part of the Pole dance industry for 14 years; she has been competing and placed at a Professional level. She loves all things sexy, strong and authentic and has a distinct urban crunked up style. Crissy loves seeing performers bring their unique styles to the stage. You can find her at, the Brass Monkeys Pole Dancing Studio in Liverpool where she has instructed for 11 years. She teaches classes, workshops and coach's students for the stage and competitions. She also performs, competes and judges at various events/ shows/ competitions. Crissy is honoured to be part of the judging panel for the In the Spotlight Competition, she loves to see performers enjoying themselves and conveying unique flare in their routines.

Hannah Leigh

Fun facts 🤸🏻‍♀️ she has a degree in contemporary dance 🐩 she also has a dog grooming business that’s been open 15 years 👰‍♀️ been married for over 10 years ✖️her fave move is iron x Hannah has an extensive background in dance, starting at the age of 9 she took classes in tap, Morden jazz, lyrical and ballet. She then went on to study dance in college and left with full Distinctions. In 2009 Hannah received a 2:1 BaHons degree in contemporary dance. Ever since dance has been in her life may it be teaching, competing or taking classes in all styles from hip-hop to burlesque. In 2010 Hannah become one of the very first Zumba instructors in the UK she even traveled all the way to Texas USA to gain extra qualifications! As you may have seen Hannah loves performing. With a few titles to her name she lives for the stage and doesn’t it show with all the faces! Although she loves to test her self with lots of different styles and has a degree in contemporary dance, hannah really lives for all the hair flicks, big kips and low flow tricks!! She is very grateful for every opportunity she gets to perform on stage, she has so much passion for creating from costumes, choreography even down to music edits. She is also co owner of Neon Heights Pole studio where she is blessed with some amazing students. Hannah offers 1-2-1 sessions for anything pole and dance and also competition choreography where she loves helping others create. You may have seen her two pooches Jacob and Jimmy on her insta too who are the studio mascots. She is also one half of the pole/aerial duo HLDivas, you may have seen Hannah with her other half Rachel competing, performing or running stalls at events. Elise Fawcett

Elise is known for her flexibility and bendy tricks! She started Pole at only 10 years old and instantly fell in love with it! She has won a number of pole titles such as 🥇IPAAT expert 🥇BPSC Champions of champions 🥇BPSC expert 🥇JLN Pole Queen And also came runner up in IPAAT champions earlier this year Elise always had a dream of opening her own studio and brought her dream to life when she was just 16 years of age and opened up her first studio In2 Pole and Fitness which is her happy place. She has a passion for coaching & putting together pole choreography and loves nothing more then to share her love for Pole with others and be a part of someone else’s journey in such an amazing form of art! She lives for helping others find their inner confidence and reach their goals no matter what they may be! A few more things about Elise Elise is a big party girl and loves nothing more then party holidays, festivals and raves are her happy place, she has a rescue dog named mocha that loves studio visits and running over to anyone in the studio that gives her a glance!! She is super exited to judge this amazing competition and cannot wait to see everyone’s performances 🥰

Kim

Kim has been teaching the he aerial for the past 7 years at pole elevation in Coventry, she loves pole the most and all the style, she enjoys making her classes inclusive, and a lot of fun and banter on her classes. Kim has 5 amazing children which she poled throughout pregnancy and landed herself in brass monkeys pregnant pole edition in 2022 Kim is also an ambassador custom pole and aerial clothing for designed by marnie Kim has performed and competed over the past 7 years pre and post and whilst pregnant on occasions and placed 1st in many competitions she never competed to win just to attend and have fun with fellow aerialists across the country

Kat Bailey

Kat is a Dr of Psychology, and a fulltime Firefighter. She also owns PoleKat Fitness in Nottingham and BungeeFit Ltd., as well as Hang Tight chalk. In her spare time she runs a charity called ENOUGH that supports survivors of abuse, and is an advocate for ADHDadultsUK. She has been competing in doubles pole at a Pro level since 2012 and was part of Team GB in Beijing in 2015. Usually Kat competes in Doubles Comedy pole. She loves to make people smile and adores the theatre of performance pole. Life's too short to take too seriously or worry about what other people think of you. Kat poled throughout her first pregnancy and during labour and believes that if you have a passion for something, nothing should get in your way. She placed second in Pole Theatre Professionals when she was 7 months pregnant, and then went on to win Solent Pole just 14 weeks after giving birth. Kat won the IPAAT Doubles finals in January 2020, for the 3rd time, this time pregnant with her second baby. Competitions: International Pole & Aerial Tournament 2020 - 1st Place & Best Tricks award.
